Poor Alternative

We have the cartridges for Canon Pixma IP ordered our 4200 because we fed up with the original prices.
Due to the many positive reviews here, we decided to make a purchase.
The delivery was very quick in a cardboard envelope, but so well packaged that nothing was damaged.
We have unpacked the cartridge, they met on the shape of the original and were also recognized immediately.
When running, always wear gloves because the cartridge drops partly!
At first the film, before opening the plastic cover!

The Test:

First, the pressure was still permeated with light streaks, when you clean these but disappeared.
However, was already to be noted that the colors are too pale than the Canon cartridges.

On the second day we wanted to make a printout of Google Maps and already the first problem was there.
It was only issued the color black and magenta, deep cleaning of the print head alignment and were not successful.
Also off and insert the cartridge does not solve the problem.

Conclusion:

Pay dues and get unusable cartridges for disposal.
Are curious if we get the money back.
However, a star for the fast delivery, quality scrap!

Now return to the expensive originals unless it has survived our print head ...?

Addendum 15.04.2012:

At closer look, I have seen on the packaging of some cartridges have an expiration date.
They are labeled: "To be used until 01.2012", but the cartridges were supplied on 11/04/12!
Thus, they are practically only three months, "Expired" ...
