Preliminary evaluation: Error in SmartHub known apparently long

Why only one star?

In the TV occurs apparently in some models an error that apps do not start and only a black screen comes. This error I was able to fix quickly and the procedure is annoying but not complicated using the telephone service and support.
However, the error occurs after the TV has a day to work fully again. The problem is Samsung least since November 2013 known and there is still no automatic and permanent solution which I think is frankly very sad!
Even negative: The feet of the TV act extremely inferior. (Plastic with voids)

As long as there is no permanent solution to my problem 0 stars, otherwise 4.5.
