Have I bought the device as a 2nd TV and can associate myself with the previous opinions.

The image is adequate for the price and shows slightly "cloudy".
The test with DIVX / MKV was successful and were all together to play (up to 1080p).
DTS audio is not played.
The sound is adequate for news & documentaries but nothing more.

While the USB using a setting of picture and sound is not possible.

One problem I see in the VGA connector. This can be a maximum resolution of 1280 * 1024 o. 1360 * 768, this was also confirmed by the Toshiba hotline. The Full HD Auflüsung is apparently recommended only with a HDMI 1.4 cable.

All in all a useful instrument, but for techn. Affine audience is not intended this device.
Toshiba are in DE 2 years warranty.
