After I looked at all the office chairs at Amazon, I decided because of the good rating for this product Racer of Jago. In itself, a satisfactory for this low price chair. However Jago could more closely in terms of the headrest to be (there was nothing to the product description when I bought the stool), which is far too low for my height of about 1.80 m and causes pain in the upper back. The rest is well made and very comfortable. The unedifying: returning was unfortunately without success, because you have to completely disassemble the chair according to Jago (but above all, because otherwise the parts do not all fit in the original package) and with me the gas spring was so firmly anchored in the star base that really helped nothing (what one probably also the price is). Do I therefore look around for another solution ... I'll look around in any case again in a furniture store, where you can sample sit normally, which is probably the main advantage to such Internet purchases. Due to this inconvenience, I have decided to award only 2 stars.
PS: return would have been charged. Moreover, Jago email technically is easily accessible by telephone no piece.
