Pro: Fast preparing salad Cons: Only with effort - how long will it hold?

In itself, the idea is great. It is also all great small with the smallest paper - my boss was delighted with my salad. ;)

Positives:
+ Nice little crushing
Prepare + fast much great salad accurately
+ Great collector - I'll totally love

Negatives:
- Flat and not as easy as thought (wash by hand only) because caught some
- To soft cheese (or generally soft fruit like Orange) hangs and you get hardly back out.
- Many parts useless example box for dressing (being phased out), large "sieve" - ​​have nothing to which I could use it
- Cutting only with effort and "momentum" - how long will it keep / be sharp?

I am therefore somewhat split. Still outweigh the positives, as I can quickly prepare salad.
However, I have doubts about how long the knives stay sharp. It is already legally binding consuming,
"cut" to - really works only if one snaps shut with a flourish. Too soft things it does not go,
such as grapefruit, soft cheese (young Gouda).

I'll see what the future holds.
