Yes, the stroke looks good and high quality, no question.
Functioning he does, no doubt. The data is
transmitted with good speed. And the power supply works flawlessly.
But anyway my disappointment of the Orico W8PH4 is very large.
For more than 2 months, I have the Hub in operation - with breaks. My System: Mac mini (Late 2012), Mavericks. Again and again I had to remove the part because of problems, but then put it under a significantly modified setting again and again a chance. In vain!
- SSDs, HDs different manufacturers in 2.5 ", 3.5", various housings have repeatedly
individually or equal adopted completely and without warning.
- The stroke caused sometimes serious interference with Wi-Fi and Bluetooth devices.
- Eg the operation with an Apple Magic Mouse is impossible, it is permanently stuttering and bad lag.
Whether it is a "mon model" or not, I can not say.
My experiences with this stroke are definitely very bad.
Edit: The company is Inateck approached me and has no charge another USB sent me after a brief consultation 3.0 Hub. He is now in days in operation and works very well. The interference described no longer occur. I am very happy and especially grateful for the super friendly service of this company. Keep it up!
