As a lactose-more intolerant it has lifted me every time in the normal studio proteins massively off its hinges. Also with the drinks which were gladly declared as "lactose free". For me, a difficult digestible, but Necessary stuff to build muscle. With this product, I have no more complaints. And if you do it right, it tastes great, too. Tip from me: A banana, coconut milk rice and the powder (vanilla flavor) into the blender. Is addicting. I now have the third socket in use and realize that my stuff is doing really well. Whether it is now making a Popeye from me, was once undecided. But I do not want to do without it. Full marks.
