[] This album sounds just awesome. Otherwise, it will arrive safely out of which genre to get and for some jazz purists like this album might sound shallow and softened. For the general mainstream listeners however, it is one of the rare occasions now to enjoy the most demanding compositions in a quite mass-compatible robe (recommend at this point the DVD Live in Paris). Especially the great elaborate orchestral arrangements provide emotional listening. The best example is the title I get along, these harmonies are simply awesome. Dancing in the dark (wow, what a intro) is for me the atmospheric highlight of the album, which is pure glamor, matching the title picture of the cover. Wonderful is love letters, recorded incredibly laid back and great singing. If you buy an album, you're usually lucky if there are three or four really good tracks on it. The look of love is for my taste a nearly 100 percent rate, only Besame Mucho is not quite my thing, but certainly not bad. All 10 songs form a compact unit, pure pleasure, chill out atmos ... in my opinion it's the best Krall album, better than anything she has previously and subsequently released. Had 6 star possible, I would give 7 !!
