we received a first chain we returned to our costs because it was defective. we have just received the news and this one arrived in a deplorable state. while the environment is one of the hinges is scratched and torn odds is cracked. I find this unacceptable and shameful to send items supposedly new in such a state. I wait for an answer from you and something for that.
