Opinion:
Although the cover illustration of the booklet makes a menacing impression, this result is rather quiet and has to offer surprisingly little action. Only the attack of the Noghri on Kashyyyk, the homeworld of the Wookiees, and the dramatic chase between Mara Jade and Luke Skywalker provide a little adrenaline rush. Boring it is nevertheless not what is of course to the great voice actors. In addition to the original voices from the movies, shine Hubertus Bengsch (Talon Karrde), Marion von Stengel (Mara Jade) and Thomas Nero Wolff (Grand Admiral Thrawn) in no less important roles. Just Mara Jade in the further course of the saga play an increasingly important role. Music and sounds taken directly from the first film trilogy and provide pure STAR WARS-feeling. The only downer is and remains the missing narrator, because as specific acts or scene descriptions must continue to be carried out by the protagonists in the form of (self) talks, which sounds very unrealistic in part. A relatively minor complaint, because the positive aspects far outweigh. So acts the wrath of Mara Jade as a small lull before the storm, ie before the final part of quadrology which peaked in the Battle of Sluis Van. The question, however, is actually who Mara Jade and why she wants to kill Luke Skywalker necessarily remains open.
