I'm a fan of personal development books and this one has just the head of my private ranking. It reads very easily. The author shares personal anecdotes, presents different ideas to achieve happiness (or at least to live better), cites relevant studies to reflect (eg 40% of our happiness depends on our thinking things). In short, we read this book as desired, whole or in pieces, we draw the elements that speak to us. Nothing to read, we already have a smile and a great desire to take things in hand and move forward. I highly recommend it, for oneself and offer. AWESOME
