Reliability problems? 3 HS bulbs in 40 days ...

This pack comes in a single cardboard / plastic packaging where each lamp is in place. Unlike the photo, it is not of individual cardboard boxes.
I changed a light bulb on a chandelier 3 spot.
- On the first climb lamp, a tab is broken! (This is not the first bulbs of this type that I change and I did not force ...)
- Well, I've used a second. The light was very hot: more "yellow" than my other bulbs of the same type (G4 20W). She grilled in a week! The filament has literally disintegrated in the bulb. I said that I do not touch halogen bulbs when I handle them so not to file grease top.
- So I used a third bulb which itself proved normally illuminate with a color similar to my old bulbs. Owl! life: just 1 month. She just blew! The filament appears undamaged to the naked eye but no impedance meter ... so HS :-(
- I just use a bulb fourth in less than a half months. I said that the other bulbs suspension have a lifespan of several years.

Appraisal: 3 bulbs used to change a life ... + very limited, I hope this is an isolated case. I'm not satisfied with these bulbs,
