I find this third tome worse than previous series. I'm always interested in such things as secret characters on their past and their motivation, the world although some classical and character are interesting and fascinating. However, the flaws that I complacently ignored early start to become heavy. What infuriates me most is the heroine herself: at the beginning of the story, I was under the impression that while not being the most powerful vampires in London, it had still to a certain power and was intelligence. I am forced to acknowledge my mistake from the beginning it is manipulated by everyone without difficulty, falls into any traps, not shown no vision and is beaten by everyone. When this is the prince of vampires still happening, but when it comes to each character encountered in history! In the end, my frustration prevented me to enjoy this book as I would have liked. I read the revelations about the past of Drake and the prince with a jaded past'm feeling and following without dwelling, while I was waiting impatiently. Finally there was nothing unexpected. The character of the Marchioness also disappointed me, I expected better. I will continue the series to discover the past of Stella and the end of her relationship with the Prince but I now afraid of being disappointed. I still enjoyed reading this, my disappointment stems may simply be too high expectations ...
