Self-confidence!

A unique book that allows us, through daily writing exercises (to do before bed), writing morning pages (this is the subconscious talking ... pretty hard to do because you have to up earlier and stick to it!) and a weekly outing for us, only for us to do things on our own creativity that was believed to be buried childhood dreams. 12 weeks is a long time, but when you get there, you feel very much! I am a professional artist, and I know it helped me a lot for the whole question of interpretation, however, for someone who works in an office or business, this book should allow a certain awareness and release precisely creativity embedded in a stifling routine through self discovery. Would recommend to everyone, really!
