It is delivered in a noble 1A processed casing which is in the design of the headphones kept (black with yellow stitching) and discreetly carries the company logo. Inside the bag is a very soft cover, in which the headset is. This can be folded up, so it can also be well taken while traveling.
To familiarize yourself with the headset I have only once set to a well-lit desk, which has truly paid off: The brackets are made of matt brushed metal and are surrounded by beautifully stitched leather. On the inside of the strap is firmly cushioned. In addition, the left and right there is ever a metal plate (left, imprint 'Sennheiser', right imprint 'Momentum'). The ear cups are also made of fine leather, and around the ears - this is quite scarce, which makes for an extremely good fit. My ears are not exactly small (ok, rather big), but much larger, they should not be. People with elephant ears could get real problems, to put the headphones properly. However, this is likely to apply to a very few people. The materials used could surmise that the headphones is hard - it is not. It is quite easy and can be comfortably for hours wearing.
The ear cups can be moved and adjusted in three dimensions, so they really fit perfectly on the head - depending on your preferences. I've seen so far in any other headphone.
From the processing and perceived quality Bowers & Wilkins can keep up, all Sony and Bose are as far behind.
Interestingly, the cable is worn on the right side, with most other headphones I've located it on the left. The remote control on the cable (for Android) depends quite high near the head. The remote control can be connected to Apple devices select the title and start and stop. The volume can be expected at Apple not adjust. The test on android I deliver to.
By sensational fit allows the headphones contribute many hours without any problems and painless. In summer, however, it is likely to be quite plump. The Sennheiser Momentum plays a huge, while not intrusive or exaggerated bass. For this, the height of my ears are crystal clear and the middle again a whole lot better than my Sony MDR-1R and the sound even like it better than the B & W P5, has a different design, but is also very good. Subtleties of all pieces are transferred 1: 1 and let the music as sound, as she wanted to have the producer well. What I like: the sound has a certain amount of "airiness" and does not act so compressed, as is the case with many other headphones.
For me, the new reference. The price is high but justified in my eyes. Here you get a lot for your money.
