I do not put a star for the Amazon service (the product content being in accordance with the order).
I ordered a new CD and I got a used CD (even blister), full of scratches and fingerprints.
This is unacceptable. Obviously no easy access link on the Amazon site, to make a claim on the product.
Zero on this command Amazon. It is shameful.
