Have had very bad experiences with the product and particularly with the service of the delivery company.
I had no picture after cultivation and had then ordered a technician.
This then noted that the LNB is defective.
I then sent at my expense the defective LNB for exchange back.
The company believes this is the LNB not defective and I should refer you once again money that they send me the defective, according to technicians LNB again.
Of course, I paid no money.
I can at this poor service only warn everyone.
