The barley grass I mix with applesauce and / or (even) yogurt. The yogurt trying to quit, is indeed unhealthy, milk. The green powder tastes good after einier acclimatization, where I eat a lot of other things to nuts, apple, banana, berries, etc. Now is allmorgentliches breakfast. The only thing that bothers me is that it - like so much "healthy" foods - is in a plastic pot. Since I have my doubts about whether there is not even glasses could be used ?! For this, I would also pay a reasonable amount greater !!!
