Of the Yakuza creators here comes to my mind the next tip in the third-person shooter Area!
I played the game on the PS3 and have to say that it has taken me from the beginning in its spell. Well, the command system via headset to the virtual comrades worked for me is not 100%, but I'm always more for commands by pressing a key. Therefore, I can not really hold anything negative here; maybe it works in others yes better.
First, however, the graphics:
***************************
The world is very beautiful, "sci-fi-like" and the setting comes over very well.
Only a few passers-by or "NPC" I would have still desired. So one has the impression that in futuristic Japan only their own heroes and enemy Robots are quasi go. That being said, however, the world appears m. E. is very realistic and "credible" staged.
Unfortunately murky at least on the PS3 just for the many, very well staged boss fights every now and then some stuttering is happening. The reason is easily found: All Robots, whether large or small, can be broken down into its individual parts. This massively arise debris which impressively roll over the ground - that seems to be simply been a little too much of a good thing for the good old PS3 ...
Apart from the game, however, always run smoothly.

The sound:
**********
The sound is well done to the developers. The music fits always very good and the weapons fortuitous at pithy. Even the German Synchro is at least better than average, though they m. E. Inferior in genre greats. Nevertheless, it is possible the speakers almost always, the many punch lines specially very well convey the cut-scenes. In short: Good work!

The Control:
**************
Again, BD does not disappoint: The goals will quickly and easily, with shot R1, R2 loads the weapons to or (when held down) it loads the secondary-fire mode. The Intercom (for commands to the team, either via headset or even via pad and press) one calls with L2. Use and picked up can be objects with the "circle", the camera focuses on interesting points by pressing the "triangle". The cover is taken with a "X".
Conclusion: Control works excellent and the keys are very well documented (also compared to the all-time hit GoW on the Xbox!).

The Story:
**********
It's all about robots in human form, which are called the "soulless". Because these robots do not even know themselves that they consist only of wires and screws, you never know really what it so that everything is all about or whom to trust. But towards the end, all the threads are put together and a m. E. good finish presenting. The game is fun and you want to know how the story continues. Contributing to this are the many, really well done cut scenes.
As I stand on sci-fi brand Terminator, I ROBOT etc, makes this game here is 100% my taste! Well done!

CONCLUSION:
******
The game is great and I have had in the two Batman games on the Xbox360 not so good feeling more after I had finished a video game. Sega is an entertaining, action-heavy game very successfully, which is very good abschaut at many points from the class leader Gears of War, but also brings new, own ideas. These include on the one hand, the ability to grant its AI colleagues via voice commands (which as I said for me only 3 out of 4 times correctly worked) and also the possibility of providing in the levels of shops, the weapons with upgrades or lack of ammunition up Such nachzukaufen. For the (stylish) disassembling the opponent into its component parts because there are always credit which will be well spent in the shops ...
In short, I would at least be very happy when it comes to Binary Domain a continuation or even at least one - would be DLC - for me is BD clearly a Best Hidden Gem and for fans of the action genre certainly more than just a short (single player!) worth looking!
