The pan is perfectly flat on the stove, since you can turn and twist as you want, because nothing wobbles. The relatively heavy design ensures not only a good and uniform heat conduction, but also that the stirring and turning the pan every time with over wanders the stove. Although the pan goes down a bit smaller than expected (as noted by my pre-reviewers, the 28cm diameter apply only to the top), at least up to 5 heads can be filled with low fat stews, with larger pieces of meat have to stop fry in stages.
Unless and brat-technically the pan like it very much, but a little detail bother me after all. They are not necessarily the rivets inward, which protrude into the Bratraum are rounded but clean and the cleaning complicate something, but the counterparts that protrude outwards towards the handle and do not have a mushroom shape. Exactly these two rivets can scratch other pans when the BSF into stacks in it and not be extremely careful. For some it may be a trifle, but for me worth one point deduction.
But as I said, otherwise a good deal!
