The music is first of all, without exception, totally unbalanced: the listener loses it after the first few minutes in sonic clutter. It is therefore right to say that Poseidon is sometimes absolutely incomprehensible. This has also plenty of confusing and not just contributes to listening in.
Particularly annoying are the unspannende Dahingeplätschere and the apathy that Klaus Badelt provides us there. Although the opening track (the scores mind you, so Track 4) to please in the usual Media Ventures-the same style white, the rest of the score falls (over the superfluous songs I will not say a word) shockingly weak from. Neither The Wave yet Drowning (promising by name) raise Poseidon out of the remaining pulp.
What a pity, what is to be found as a result of this soundtrack. A truly uneigenständige, inconsequential and the music of the composers of Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl, a soundtrack, I really like a lot. Therefore, the disappointment is all the greater to Poseidon. Because in addition, as already mentioned the quite useful fourth, really central, Track Poseidon has strictly nothing to offer.
