Something sad

Hello,
've all bought because I mainly play C & C 3, regrettably I have to say is there anything weird when I call any options, the dialog box does not open, and mode in the multiplayer I get in the selection of cards compatible and the Tech Level strange distortions.
As soon as I pushed (by roughly guessing) to play, everything invites normal, only then the game is running terribly fast and I can not call to change this the dialog box for the options.
Somehow this is funny.

if it would work, I think it would be so not great, but.

Have Windows 7, and have tried it on Vista.
