My daughter ordered the stuffed April 17, 2015 and one month later still nothing! My complaints changed nothing. They send standard messages asking me to wait 28 days. Claiming a problem of the post. I can get a refund or new plush but despite various requests. It does not seem to be any persons managing litigation. This is, however, a large amount !!!! Very very disappointed by this lack of monitoring.
