So certainly if your goal is bodybuilding, forget, by cons if your goal is to take 10, 15 or 20kg of dry muscle, which totally transforms you, I sincerely recommend Lafay. You really have to invest (financially as a traction bar costs within 30, and a stand with X strings dips for the same price), but it is satisfying to successfully build muscles independently. In just a month of practice, and working only legs I've been able to 1kg. I start the whole body at the top level and I can already see the results happen. The only fault I find is that it trapezius (upper part) are addressed only in high levels although they are a little worked during dips. Many have said that the biceps are not worked which is wrong because the are in the supine traction. More natural movement and less traumatic to the joints of the arm curl.
Most of the negative commentators are obviously people who are unable to be alone in a rigorous workout at home. That is understandable but do not blame the method provided. The others are people who clearly have some interests to harm the author. Why argue? Strength training is not a science, rather than nitpick on anatomical or nutritional theories that only change every 5 years in the world of bodybuilding, this method has made all the merit of proposing concrete failing a Scientific unpacking will in any case questioned in a few years.
For my part but positive, this method converts both physically and mentally.
