The shell comes from an English supplier who defies any kind of service or warranty thoughts. We have already purchased these shell several times. In an up seams have solved and including the closure flap. After we complained to the English traders we also sent corresponding images. Then once there was no more reaction. After another letter the following answer came: "the shell is more than three months and therefore there is no guarantee more". It was followed by several letters from us, to no avail. A switch on AMAZON brought nothing except a lot of trouble with further correspondence. The shell itself is okay (if it is not very bad as in this case, processed), the behavior of matrimonial seller is an absolute outrage. Such treatment I am so far not been used on Amazon and on the further cooperation with such a company can only advise AMAZON. The scared just good customer !!!
