Super Customer Service

Unfortunately, the first keyboard was broken, the USB transmitter was not working.
Have contacted the seller has sent me immediately a new keyboard, without that I had to return the defective.
Super, so it must be.
(See Addendum) The keyboard I find ok, but for people like the much write so is probably not suitable as sometimes hang the letters and then you soooooo schrrrrreibbbbt.
But ok for me they only need from time to time.

Win7 recognized without problems.

Addendum: The one with the repetition of the letter was a wrong attitude with me.
It was the highest repetition rate and the slightest delay set in the System Settings on the PC keyboard.
Have the now adjusted accordingly and there is now no Buuuchstabbben Wiederhhhholungen more.
Now I am full of satisfaction.
Price performance is now worth Top and 5 star.
