This pizza stone is the hammer! To be honest, I was initially a bit skeptical whether the difference is noticeable or not compared to a baking sheet. After the first attempt, we were absolutely delighted with the results. The pizza tastes much better and is after about 10 minutes in the oven ready. Course for the requirement that you must heat the Pizzatein time being about 20 minutes in order to ensure good results. Also a small booklet is included where among other interesting tips and tricks are described killed around baking pizza. The tip with the meal is to be able to super pizza purely blades easily.
Since I usually make at least 2 pizzas, I would have liked a 2nd pizza shovel because it is recommended the pizza to prove directly on the shovel to "reinrutschen" the simplifying, but that I get out now with parchment paper, because the shovel is important for take out. So the second Pizza show on baking paper, then so easy to pull out the paper on the stone for about 2-3 minutes and then allows the paper, with little help of the shovel.
