Strip Me Away (MP3 Download)

Customer Review

Hits like "Soulmate", "These Words" & "Pocketful of Sunshine" should everyone know. With Strip Me Away Natasha released her latest work. Long we had to wait for their last album "Pocketful of Sunshine" was not published here, just as the subsequent "Strip Me". I have to admit, this album is their best.

1. Pocketful of Sunshine: Well one of their biggest earwigs. A long time we had to wait for this hit also appeared here. The song (AKA "Easy A") was in the movie "Easy A" used. Pocketful of Sunshine is a feel-good pop song with catchy high potential. But the version is slightly different to the original version (Last Chorus).

2. Little Too Much: Probably one of the best songs of the album. Natasha convinces with her unique voice. From start to finish a treat. The chorus stands out. The song was used in a number of films (including foreign fish). Tip.

3. All I Need: Along with Kevin Rudolf was this song to a sample of his own songs "Let It Rock". Natasha sings the main part, but Kevin has his part and performed the chorus of his hit. Quite good, because "All I Need" is the perfect blend of an old hit and a new song.

4. Strip Me: Sweet pop song, which was, inter alia, written by Ryan Tedder, the lead singer of OneRepublic and coveted Songwriter. Especially the chorus stuck in your ear. The more I hear it, the better I like it. Great feel-good pop.

5. Neon Lights Natasha looks quite innocent and well-behaved in this song. Is my opinion a little in the direction of "Strip Me", is nevertheless its own song, although not quite so prominent.

6. Weightless: the song "Weightless" is on the album in the "Less is More" version, which has become a lot better. The instrumental version is there better than the original and the song seems real.

7. Can not Fall Down: I have to admit, this song is one of the few to which I could not remember. For the other something is stuck in your head. So not at "Can not Fall Down". The song is very quiet and there ripples. The striking feature is missing. Although not a complete failure, but also not really convincing.

8. Try: "Try" I like a little better, however. A bit more powerful. Great song.

9. Touch: An up-tempo number that stays in your head and good mood spread.

10. Run-Run-Run: The shortest song on the album, but it fits very well to Natasha and her voice. I liked it very well from the beginning. Super pop song!

11. Break Thru: A slow song that stands out neither particularly positive or negative. Rather average pop song, which is not particularly distinguishable. although, the chorus is pretty good.

12. No Mozart: Piano With the listener is introduced. From second to second me the second like better. A sweet innocent pop song.

13. Recover: "Recover" is one of the songs to which I could not reminded me. Here is her voice, which is accompanied by a piano, in the foreground. Rather a rather quiet eingäniger song that wins over time some of its power.

14. Weightless (Less Is More Version): The Better Version of "Weightless", because as the song says: Less is more. One of the best songs on the album. Excellent!

15 Put Your Arms Around Me: War on the US album "Pocketful of Sunshine" already on it. Happy pop song.

16. Unexpected Hero: Quite different from the previous songs, sounds "Unexpected Hero" something mysterious. Quiet statements for a solid album.

Conclusion: some really good hits (Pocketful of Sunshine, Little Too Much, Strip Me, Weightless (Less Is More Version) .....), and no total failures. You can hear each song. One says one more, the other less. Strip Me Away contains both quiet songs, good-time hits as well as up-tempo songs. A good album.
