  Pretty model but size too big ... Question: what size to choose?

  I ordered a 38 and is at least a 40 1/2 I received. Very soft on the inside, but choose as size? One, two ... less than his? Manufacturer of Clarks is not very convenient :( Free return by Amazon. Oh well.
