    I bought this item for a skilled person and are certainly quality tools but to open the box, the sleeves were defective as having already served. Too bad because it is a gift !!!!

    Resistant, cutting (very) and very well balanced. These wooden knives are good tools. Provided the stone will sharpen them at will. The plastic case deserves to be a little tough but it does its job. A box-have.
