    The spare battery can be like the original slide fit in the space provided and snaps. The charge to the Orginalladerät is possible without any problems. Unfortunately, the original Canon battery has a bit more power. P / L is true here, however.

    I have the LP-E12 ordered for my Canon EOS M. The fit is perfect, but the capacity is significantly lower than the original. I guess it is 70-80%. Nevertheless, the price-performance ratio is okay.
