    The device works well with excellent results. The star deduction gets the scanner due to the confusing and complicated operating software. Since the programs of the older Canon models were light years better!

    Unfortunately, the scanner will not run under Windows 8.1 (64 bit). The scanner is installed, but it can not be initialized then. 2015 is something not to accept!

    The unit as a whole is pretty good. After my feeling, however, could be a little quieter. Even the manufacturer's total Quark software. Habe mir Adobe Reader installed fine.
