  I use it as my room was always by my Velux airy in summer because of the heat. Effective on smallish rooms open windows. Less effective on larger parts. That said if you put it in reasonable proximity to your bed you will sleep well.

  all being allergic to insect bites, I bought 4 (one for each room) and it is very effective. we have not been stung while the windows were ajar

  I find this very effective with the windows open .. even with one and yet the packaging states that when the diffuser is set to "High", the windows open is not a problem .. I invaded or if I open my windows!

  I recommend this product because at home that I use for this article I have not mosquitoes or flies but it is on me all the time I just stopped to change the refill
