Clatronic VL 3448 S pedestal fan (household goods)
I got from the hardware store for the same money much poorer equipment. This fan is stable because nothing wobbles, whether or not assembled is a bit fiddly. Also typical weak points, such as to lock the inclination sure is very good on this device.
