Apparently it wants Internet. And mule around the missing any files that are still evident on the PC. Solvable with a little patience and spit. Too bad the game is in fact great!
Why we still do not know immmer. We are waiting for 4 weeks for an appropriate response from the support. The recommended system configuration fits. Nevertheless, the game under WIN 7/64 can not be installed.
