The brush is quite long and it is very stable. The wire bristles are pretty hard and clean fine. I do not see why you should pay the extra price for a genuine Weber-brush. From me a buy recommendation!
Cleans rust super, better than the usual DIY stuff. At the price you should still einbisschen down bolts, have at last year a..i a large and a small brush bought for 6 euros (unfortunately lost), so only 4 star.
