I already had a Geuther mattress of this size, I thought so buy the same, but in fact on one side of the tubes are not really thicker than the center (unlike my old), so I find it less reassuring.
Not bad but still great and on both other sausages (and head) are flush with the back ... not great when baby wriggles. So I use it only on the changing table that has wooden edges (it got him good) but no bath (I had to buy it from!). So not really
