Nicole Kidman is a great actress and Generally you will never be disappointed with any of her films, this one as well, acting an amazing story, a great plot and brilliant.
I must admit that I could not exactly remember the book myself. All the more exciting I found the film. Brilliant Colin Firth. Even Nicole Kidman (who I always skeotisch against bin) brilliant in her role. Recommended
