Should be read by everyone my help in my stage not yet over with my husband. A crisis that has shaken us both. The road to recovery seems far but when you can understand the other it helps.
Very good book, I found myself fully in giving explanations that I feel. He opens his eyes with very friendly excercices which opens our eyes to change our behavior before changing that of our partner.
I bought this book based on the comments I've read, but after a few pages, I stopped my reading, it did not meet my expectations, but may suit other people, this is no a personal opinion.
