  I was too liquid jams. The preface explains the secret and why and how jams ... it's rather well done. The recipes are interesting and diverse. No pictures to make the mouth water but, for once, a reasonable price!

  This cheap little book does not look, but it's fine early explanations teach us many things and the recipes are great, classic and original as much for some. There is no image and the paper is not very good, but the key is in. Very good value compare
