  I use the removable disk with the Jobiy Pro Sling Strap. Plate can be mounted as described well, so besides the belt still another adapter plate can be mounted for attachment to the tripod.

  The idea is good, but unfortunately the plate fits only to the large reflex camera. When Canon G1X and the Fujifilm E2 they blocked the battery compartment and may have to be removed every time during battery replacement.
