MAM 66369700 - Hard spout & valve for Learn to Drink Cups (Baby Product)
no idea of the child's mouth the other review is how small, but we had this spout has the 1st child and now at the 2nd son (currently 14 months old) and neither of them had a problem with the part. It does not drip, it runs nothing - works flawless
