Mistaken Identity (1991) (Audio CD)
About the hair color on the cover is debatable. Not about the album. Although it has gone down in the charts, the CD is actually pretty good. Unfortunately Donna Summer has chosen a completely wrong single (England Plattz 74) "Work That Magic".
