Plantronics MX200 headset with Slim Lumberg jack Lapel microphone (Accessory)
It took several years, but I finally found the headset that works with Gigaset DECT phones (eg Siemens). It goes on models with small jack on the side (eg C610). Nothing to say about the finish and quality of listening. Good stuff. As for the Amazon
