I loved this book and use it all the time. It is absolutely wonderful with creative and interesting ideas as to what to do with a carrot or a tomato or a fig or whatever. I can not put it down.
SUPER - full of recipes and fewer cultural context than in other books Ottolenghi. a must if you like cooking the middle east! Pleasure and flavors !!!
This book is wonderful. You want to taste each of the dishes. Just looking at the photos, you can feel the odors and water comes in the mouth. Even my son told me that teen photos gave him want to eat vegetables ....
