I'm very disappointed with the recording. It clearly lacks the dynamism and spatiality when playing on Marantz CD device. May be that it is better with a SACD player. However, the CD is also to play touted on audio CD players.
Strong buy recommendation, I need not tell you much here, if you like Verdi or his Requiem, which has easy access. Top of the WDR musicians. Luckily the even SACD. Something happy but me also determines every music lover.
