Rowenta VU2530F1 table turbo fan on silent (Tools & Accessories)
Efficient fan position 1 even relatively quiet when not a slap on the hand, to see over time. But the outer and inner packaging leaves me thinking that it was a product reconditions damage it's a bad point for amazon.
