Royal Brush eyeshadow smoky eye effect (Miscellaneous)
This brush has a very bushy but art which applies quite accurately eyeshadow along lower eyelid or spread a pencil kohl kind placed there, adding the final touch to a smoky eye. It is not a crazy quality but does its job at a very reasonable price.
