    It is not the quality of the product that is in question but its packaging for shipment. At the opening of the refill pack, 4 of 6 are broken impossible to fix into the dehumidifier ... And so it was expensive for two usable refills !!! and difficult

    The absorber and refills works really well: I have more moisture problem! But the packaging is a disaster: no protection of the package: 4 of 6 refills are crushed, and does not hold in the absorber: 60% loss ... Protection of the parcel again!
