The version can be downloaded here, is not the most current. But in the store I get the 3.x only for the latest devices. On my Moto 3.0.2 which runs not much better. All in all, you can take the Amazon version calm.
Seems to me as if there is to Google in PS newer versions (3.09) only 2,302 or so, is funny. MfG and what also annoys, 20 words that do not count with each.
